After her move from Atlanta to Barrow County, in 1999, BB Webb took Carl House on as a "project", developing it into one of North Georgia's most unique and talked about special events facilities.

Facilities

Carl House boasts a 4000 square foot grand ballroom and mezzanine, 3 covered porches, peaceful, private garden areas, as well as a spacious gazebo for outdoor parties. With the use of an outside tent, 450 people can be accommodated. Carl House's inside capacity is 350 for parties served buffet style or 225 for sit-down events. For seminar-style events, the ballroom can accommodate 152 and for classroom-style, approximately 165.  With an adjoining hors d'oeuvres area, the granite-topped downstairs bar services Carl House's entire first floor.
